The following error message seen in /var/log/secure

Jun 24 18:29:09 myhost PAM_ensimvwh[4575]: Failed to unmount /dev/pts 22 (this may be benign)

WEBppliance relies on automatically mounting/unmounting the devpts filesystem into a domain when a user attempts to access the domain via telnet or SSH.

Since devpts mounts are a consumable, limited resource, our code is aggressive in trying to free up mounts that no longer need to be used. In some cases, we may try to unmount devpts from the /dev/pts directory in the site even if it has already been unmounted by someone else. In this case, the kernel returns error code 22 (EINVAL), which says that the named directory in the umount call() was invalid (e.g. had already been unmounted). This return value is ok.

This is not a security concern and can be safely ignored.
