How do I terminate a subscription in OBAS? I have tried using "Terminate" button:

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > %subscription name% > Terminate

and subscription still is "Terminating'" status.


Starting from OBAS 3.3 version subscriptions are not terminated immediately but placed into Termination queue first.

So, to confirm the subscription termination you may select the subscription at

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Termination queue

tab and confirm the termination request. Here you may find more detail about subscription termination.

Also, you may adjust "Termination period (Terminate automatically in a period)" - the period of time a subscription will stay in the "Termination Queue". When this period is over, a subscription is terminated automatically.

By default, "Terminate automatically in a period" is set to "Terminate Manually", it should be possible set this period to a few seconds just for example to terminate subscriptions and delete data in a few seconds after termination request. This option is configured in Credit Terms at

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Credit Terms > default > Configure Credit Terms
