Error 0x8004010F "An object could not be found" appears when clicking "Send/Receive" button in MS Outlook 2003

Symptoms

When trying to "Send/Receive" email using the Outlook 2003 client, the following error appears:
Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F):
'The operation failed. An object could not be found.'

Cause

The organization's Offline Address Book is corrupted. One of the following causes may apply:
•The Offline Address Book list object has a missing address list.
•The Offline Address Book list object has an incorrect address list.

Resolution

From POA 2.6: It is possible to rebuild Offline Address Books via Providers CP: Top > Deployment Director > Server Manager > Hardware Nodes > Select Back-end which hosts OAB > Applications Tab > ExchangeOAB > OAB Configuration Tab > Press Rebuild OABs Now button.
