A Subscription Service was not started after its Service Plan was changed. The entries like below can be found in the Subscription Service Status History:
1112236 Service Plan was changed to "New Plan" Running 02-Jun-2018 20:37:11 1112235 Subscription Service Plan change started. Changing Plan 04-Jun-2018 20:35:51 1112234 Service has been stopped. The Subscription status on Billing side is
Active/Running, while on OA side it is
The issue is caused by #PBA-34768.
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates Team to clarify status of the software-related issue.
As a workaround, please, enable the subscription via API using pem.enableSubscription method.
