Symptoms

After installtion of a hotfix or a new Billing container, the following error can be seen:

2018-05-14 11:41:08.463 [WARNING] Can't detect 'en' locale value in StoreScreenParam.Description: 'es Indica si el cliente puede ir a la próxima página del proceso de compra sin necesidad de seleccionar un dominio.  pt Indica se o cliente pode ir para a próxima página do cenário de compras sem selecionar um domínio. Skip.

Cause

The issue is caused by #PBA-84658 "'en' locale is missing while saving multi-lang field in DB".

The issue occurs setting an Online Store parameter to non-default value at Home > Products > Online Store > More tab > Advanced Settings under English locale if several locales are installed.

Resolution

Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates Team to clarify status of the software-related issue.

As a workaround, please, login under non-English locale, reset the parameter mentioned in the error message to default and change it back to the desired value.
