After upgrade to Odin Automation Premium Billing 7.3 Order Placed Notifications are not sent to an Account.
In Home > System > Settings > Notifications > Common Notification Settings there is a Notification Template set for Pro Forma Invoice PDF Template.
The following entries can be seen in

The issue is caused by PBA-84133 "Notifications with PDF attachments are not sent if Pro Forma Invoice PDF Template is enabled"
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates Team to clarify status of the sotware-related issue.
There are two possible workarounds.
The first one is to disable Pro Forma Invoice PDF Template in Home > System > Settings > Notifications > Common Notification Settings.
Alternatively PDF notifications can be disabled for an Account. To perform this, please, follow the steps below:
- Login under the affected Account to CCPv1
- Switch to Account tab
- Go to Account Settings > Manage Notifications > Copies of Orders and Notifications about Operations with my Orders
- Unmark Pdf format checkbox and click Save
