The following errors can be found in /var/log/pa/billing.www.log:

RDBMS RQ00520 TH61931 NTE] Code: 1000. ERROR: cannot execute UPDATE in a read-only transaction
ADict RQ00520 TH61931 NTE] Language::get("PSSDBImpl: your call failed due to database server connectivity problem. The application has restored the connection. Please, retry your call.") = NOTFOUND
CMR billing RQ00000 TH61743 ERR] billing.www has closed the connection unexpectedly.

Billing Database is located on top of PGHA cluster with pgpool process serving connections.

The port, defined for connecting to pba database has been changed from defaulte 5432 to custom 15432. Port 5432 is served by pgpool service, redirection the DB connection to the master DB server, while port 15432 is served by the PostgreSQL instance directly. In order to guarantee that the database connection always ends up on the master database node that allows write queries, it is necessary to keep port 5432 across the configuration.

Edit /usr/local/bm/etc/ssm.conf.d/global.conf and define the database port as 5432.

Note: the IP address should be set to the master pgpool VIP.
