Java VM could not start due to the fact it cannot allocate enough memory in one chunk due to its fragmentation.

This behavior is reported to Odin Development team as request #POA-111472: "Tasks / CP login began to fail with java.lang.OutOfMemoryError unable to create new native thread".

Contact or TAM to trace the status of the request.

Please also check RAM requirements in the Hardware Requirements section. As a workaround it is possible to increase RAM amount up to 16Gb.
