After OA 7.0>7.1 upgrade, some tasks that got scheduled before or during the upgrade fail with the message:

system exception, ID ''
TAO exception, minor code = 0 (unhandled c++ exception in server side; unspecified errno), completed = MAYBE

/var/log/pa/core.log for such tasks includes errors that are instance:

May 20 01:09:42.020 : DBG [task:8368847:26 1:18474:7f55ff3f3700 TaskManager ]: [ process] TaskI 8368847: invoking taskCustomOperationAsyncExec on SCREF:SaaSManagerTasks:0

May 20 01:09:42.027 : DBG [task:8368847:26 1:18474:7f55ff3f3700 lib ]: [ Tasks::impl::TaskImpl::process] {module_id="Common"; code="103"} The remote server is down, details:
system exception, ID '' Unknown vendor minor code id (0), minor code = 0, completed = NO

It is important that it is a taskCustomOperationAsyncExec call.
