Attempt of adding new user via CCPv2 makes browser page hang in infinite load. Clicking on other UI elements produces no feedback. The following error is thrown in browser console:

Object {} "
rejected at n (https://cp.provider.tld/aps/2/ui/runtime/client/aps/aps.js?apsUIRuntimeVersion=2.2-2562.KB130408.25:12:27376)

Users creation is available in CCPv1.

Tracing the stack trace from browser console shows the following request/response that returns two items, that are further processed in locales.js:

                        "id": "c1a3887e-6b5e-4875-9e39-9ffd0747ceb8",
                        "id": "de86417c-9dde-4f49-98f8-f3711f0c42f1",

Two instances of branding-management APS resources are exist, while there should be only one. These resources could be only duplicated when update or hotfix installation is processed incorrectly.

This issue was further passed to the Engineering team in form of request APS-41660.

Workaround is available, but requires manual database modification. Please contact Odin Technical Support in order to investigate the issue and apply workaround.
