Symptoms

After Conversion from Syndication Partner Program to CSP Program procedure is completed, one can observe a huge amount of unprocessed "Provisioning "Subscription" tasks. Also, consequent provisioning events are not being processed, so many subscriptions are hanged in the WaitSubscription Endpoint DB table. Also, there are no new ../subscription-streams/.. requests could be found in the server.log.

Cause

Software-related issue #APSA-17567: "[O365] The csp event producer doesn't produce any events when the event queue contains more than 500 postponed events".

Resolution

Contact TAM or pta@odin.com in order to trace the status of the issue.
