Domain transfer via eNom hangs in Transferring status. In /var/log/hspc/hspc.log there is a reply from eNom stating

'statusdesc => Order complete',
'statusdesc1 => Canceled - domain contacts did not respond to verification e-mail',


On eNom website the message is explained:

Canceled - domain contacts did not response to verification e-mails
The verification email was not replied to by the authorized domain contact(s). If the transfer is not responded to within seven (7) days, it will be canceled with this status.

It means that the transfer was canceled because neither the Registrant nor the Admin contact responded to verification emails.


To resolve the issue, please establish which e-mail addresses are set as Registrant and Admin contacts for the domain in question, check inbox and spam folders of those e-mail addresses, locate verification e-mail(s) from eNom there and proceed per instructions in those e-mails.
