During the first Office365 subscription provisioning, e-mail address of the last Staff Member is taken as Alternate e-mail to Microsoft Online Portal. It is expected to take e-mail address from account Contact Information section in BA.

Office365 APS package takes staff member e-mail contact information instead of account contact information. Such behavior considered to be fixed in Office365 16.8 package version, request #APSA-11689: "The MOP Account properties AlternateEmail, FirstName, LastName and PhoneNumber should be taken from the PA Account" has been created.
