Symptoms

Order provisioning fails with the error:

Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error # == Error while calling pem.activateSubscription == error_message = Instance of application with id 123 and version '3.8.1-18' can not be provided: requirement '<db:db xmlns:db="http://apstandard.com/ns/1/db"> <db:id>main</db:id> <db:default-name>wordpress</db:default-name> <db:can-use-tables-prefix>true</db:can-use-tables-prefix> <db:server-type>mysql</db:server-type> <db:server-min-version>5.0.15</db:server-min-version> </db:db>' can not be satisfied: no resource for resource class mysql found in subscription 1. Cause

Service Template was not configured according to the application requirements.

Resolution

Please review application requirements - list of possible requirements is shown in Reviewing Application Requirements. If some of the required resources are missing in the service template, re-configure it appropriately and repeat the attempt to provision the order.
