It is not possible to set WHOIS privacy settings option for .me or .name TLD in eNom plug-in settings.

ID Protect can be purchased for the following TLDs: com, net, org, biz, info, name, tv, cc, me


Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-30339 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.

  1. Add "me" and "name" to the list of TLDs in plug-in constants file /usr/local/share/perl5/HSPC/MT/Plugin/DM/eNom/ The string should look like:

    use constant ENOM_IDP_TLDS => qw|com net biz org info cc tv me name|;
  2. Restart hspcd service:

    #service hspcd restart

    Warning: Restart of the hspcd service will cause OBAS downtime for about 10-60 seconds.
