There is an order that required payment for provisioning:


After successful payment an order was completed, but there is no invoice attached to it. Why?


The only order detail is deposit fee. Deposit fee are not supposed to be invoiced. Most probably this is OACI pay-as-you-go service plan, the customer is billed for the resource overusage with the billing orders.
