Is it possible to hide the Send Auth Code button?

As it is stated in Odin Business Automation Provider's Guide,

The ability of requesting the Auth Code is implemented in Odin Business Automation Standard for the plug-ins: eNom, OpenSRS, MIT, Nominet, ESNIC. The Send Auth Code button is always shown in PCC/RCC > Domain Manager > Domains, a domain General Information tab; depending on the Interface settings, in CP > select All My Domains from subscription selector > select a domain, the General Information tab. For the domains registered via other plug-ins, the Send Auth Code button is not shown anywhere in Odin Business Automation Standard, without respect to the Interface Settings. The visibility of the Send Auth Code button in CP is set under Configuration Director > Miscellaneous Settings > Interface Settings. It is possible to show this button only in PCC/RCC and request Auth Code for domain owners only on demand, or allow to request Auth Code for non-debtor accounts only, or always show this button in CP.
