Cannot add the second SmarterMail service node to PA infrastructure.
It is not possible to perform the 3.2 step from the
Adding a Node chapter of instructions - there are no field to submit connection settings for the second SmarterMail service node.
The aforementioned behavior is a result of software issue with id #PPA-3092.
The fix is considered to be included in one of the next PA updates.

The software issue does not prevent from adding the second SmarterMail service node to PA infrastructure.
As the service node is added, its URL API is being automatically substituted to that placeholder when required. The mail hosting provisioning is working according to the provisioning attributes of the SmarterMail resource type.
Note: for proper integration Smarter Mail Administrator password should be the same for all Service nodes.
