A VE backup is created for a New VPS subscription, completes without any messages in CCP, but the new backup is not present in the list.

The following error appears in Cloud Infrastructure Log in Provider's CP:

P80326: Subscription limit for backup space exceeded (Request failed)

In case of incremental backup, it is still present in the Virtuozzo backup node backend.


The subscription limit for the VE backup space is not enough to accommodate the VE backup.


Increase the subscription limit for the backup space or remove previous backups to release it.

Error messages in CCP will be added in scope of internal request CCU-12696.

The fact that failed incremental backups remain on the Virtuozzo backup node will be corrected in scope of CCU-13359.
