Going to CCP > Websites > > File Manager results in the following error:

Invalid backend configuration.
Readable volumes not available.

Checking the access to the FTP site under the website FTP user, the following error is received from the FTP server:

220 Microsoft FTP Service
User ( w00107857
331 Password required for w00107857.
530-User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
 Win32 error:   The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.
 Error details: Home directory lookup failed.
530 End
Login failed.


Broken assignment of FTP user isolation for the FTP server on the corresponding IIS Web Server.


  1. Assign the DOMAIN\pem_domain use for the FTP website:

    • Open IIS > Sites > PEM FTP Site for Shared Hosting.
    • Open FTP User isolation.
    • Set DOMAIN\pem_domain for FTP home directory configured in active directory.
  2. Restart the FTP service:

    net stop ftpsvc 
    net start ftpsvc
