Symptoms

On attempt to add new O365 users to the subscription, the error throws in CCP:

'up_UserPrincipalName' is invalid: Office 365 subscription provisioning is not complete. Please try again later.

Cause

Subscription has been provisioned to the Microsoft side (you may verify it in MOP additionally), but in MOSI database it is still listed in waiting_subscriptions table. This means that callback from Microsoft was not received during subscription provisioning.

Resolution

Please contact Odin Technical Support to fix the issue.
