Reseller does not have the possibility to look at the Problem Reports.
Is there a configuration in OBAS which allows a reseller to look into Problem Reports?
It is by design that resellers can not look into Problem reports in OBAS.
A reseller does not have corresponding permissions, only Provider's staff members with appropriate role can have an access to Problem Viewer (
Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > Problem Viewer ) and Problem reports.
