Symptoms

Administrator password for Windows containers set during initial setup of a new Container does not work.

The following is displayed in DEBUG OBAS log (/var/log/hspc/hspc.log), where 12345 is the Container in question number:

Cause

If a Container fails to start, OBAS does not set up its password because the password is set on a running Container.

Resolution

Reset the password manually and provide the new password to the Container owner.
