This article contains customizations which must be used during the deployment of the Office 365 16.5-16.6 and Azure CSP 3.0 Applications. These customizations must be applied to the provision Layout Template of your Odin Automation billing Online Store to configure the subdomain form.

Important:

  • Before applying the customizations, make sure that the versions of the Applications used on your installation belong to the versions stated in the KB. To view the versions of the Applications, log in to your control panel and go to Services > Applications.

  • The customizations require either Odin Automation 6.0.7 + https://kb.odin.com/en/128704 or Odin Automation 6.0.8. Pay attention that each Application has its own requirements to the version of Odin Automation:

    • Office 365 16.5-16.6 deployed without Azure CSP 3.0-3.2 requires either Odin Automation 6.0.7 + https://kb.odin.com/en/128704 or Odin Automation 6.0.8.
    • Azure CSP 3.0-3.2 deployed without Office 365 16.5-16.6 requires Odin Automation 6.0.8.
    • Office 365 16.5-16.6 and Azure CSP 3.0-3.2 deployed on the same installation require Odin Automation 6.0.8.

Preparation

The following steps should be performed before changing the provision Layout Template:

  1. Add translations to the English dictionary of your Online Store:
    1. Download locale_bmstore_en.
    2. Open Products > Online Store, select the More tab and click Languages. The list of languages available appears on the screen.
    3. Select the English language by clicking on the respective link in the Language ID or in the Language Name column.
    4. Click the Import Dictionary button and select the dictionary file.
    5. Select the Overwrite Translations checkbox.
    6. Click the Save button.
  2. Add custom styles to your Online Store:
    1. Open Products > Online Store, select the Design tab and click Edit button.
    2. Insert the content of custom styles into the Customized CSS textarea.

To apply the customizations, in ORIGINAL_CODE replace the "CUSTOMIZATION_CODE" sections with the content provided below: CUSTOMIZATION_CODE_1, CUSTOMIZATION_CODE_2, CUSTOMIZATION_CODE_3, CUSTOMIZATION_CODE_4, CUSTOMIZATION_CODE_5, CUSTOMIZATION_CODE_6.

Note: ORIGINAL_CODE is an example. The provision Layout Template might be different on your installation.

Localization

This article also contains the localization files for eight languages supported in Odin Automation billing, besides the English language which supported by default. These localization files can be applied for the subdomain form. To do it, perform the following steps:

  1. Download the appropriate localizaton file(s):

  2. Go to Products > Online Store, select the More tab and click Languages. The list of languages available appears on the screen.

  3. Select a language by clicking on the respective link in the Language ID or in the Language Name column.

  4. Click the Import Dictionary button and select the downloaded localization file.

  5. Select the Overwrite Translations checkbox and click Save.

  6. Go to Products > Online Store and click Synchronize Now.
