Cause

There is some incorrectly specified offer ID in activation parameters of Office 365 main resource type with Application type.

Resolution

  1. Find incorrect offer IDs in Provider Control Panel under Services > Applications > Microsoft Office 365 > Resource Types > Microsoft Office 365 base > Activation Parameters > Global Settings. The Offer ID value should match the pattern 32 digits with 4 dashes xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Correct these offer IDs.
