During a domain transfer the following error emerges in the OBAS interface
Domain domain.tld has non-ASCII fqdn name at /usr/local/share/perl5/HSPC/MT/Billing/Order_domain.pm line 676.
The following error is shown in the DEBUG OBAS log (

Certain domain names are reserved by ICANN or IANA and can not be registered. Some names are excluded from the list of reserved domain names from time to time, thus making their registration possible. Starting from OBAS 4.5.5 the editable list of reserved domains found under
Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Setup > Reserved Domains contains the domain names reserved by ICANN and IANA. If some domain name is unlocked for registration, it can be removed from the OBAS list to reflect the change.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.5 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
