The subscription in question was created on a Provider's plan copied by the Reseller. The license was configured by the Provider.
It is by design that Provider and Resellers do not see license plug-in settings and license details of each other. A Reseller can add his own license plug-in, if Provider allows that in the Resller's config, and get full control on both the plug-in settings and licenses issued.
Nevertheless, the error message should not appear. Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-30165 and was fixed in OBAS release 4.5.6.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.6 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
