Symptoms

On attempt to open OWA via the link from CCP and trying to view the options of account in OWA the following error is thrown:

The issue arises after installing Exchange 2013 CU9.

Cause

The behavior is caused by software issue with ID POA-98848.

Resolution

Currently there is no workarounds for the issue except opening OWA link manually. Please contact your Account Manager to track down the status of software issue.
