When clicking Logs button at Customer Control Panel > Websites under domain name, there are no logs displayed
When clicking log file to view at Customer Control Panel > Websites > example.com > Logs, the following error is shown:
ERROR: PleskFatalException File not found. Please wait while file will be created on remote service node or run DailyMaintenance script
where example.com is affected domain.
The issue is considered to be a software issue #PPA-847 and will be fixed in future Plesk Automation updates.
As possible temporary workaround for this issue reset a password of the system user of the affected webspace at Customer Control Panel > Websites tab > Web Hosting Access
