Symptoms

  1. When clicking Logs button at Customer Control Panel > Websites under domain name, there are no logs displayed

  2. When clicking log file to view at Customer Control Panel > Websites > example.com > Logs, the following error is shown:

    ERROR: PleskFatalException
    File not found. Please wait while file will be created on remote service node or run DailyMaintenance script
    

    where example.com is affected domain.

Cause

The issue is considered to be a software issue #PPA-847 and will be fixed in future Plesk Automation updates.

Resolution

As possible temporary workaround for this issue reset a password of the system user of the affected webspace at Customer Control Panel > Websites tab > Web Hosting Access
