Most of Plesk subscriptions are turned off on a Plesk node because of limits overusage which are now showing as 0 under
Home > Subscriptions > Some subscription > Account tab > Resources tab. But there are no zero limits on those subscriptions in OBAS. Subscription synchronization between Plesk and OBAS does not work because of zero limits on the Plesk side.
Why all the limits were set to 0 on the Plesk side?
The issue caused by the misconfiguration in the Plesk database. There are a lot of subscriptions that have the same limitsId value. But in terms of Plesk each subscription should have a unique limitsId
Since the hotfix requires complex manipulations with the database, it is recommended to contact Odin Technical Support for assistance.
