IMAP service is broken on source Plesk. On attempt to login to mail account the IMAP service MEIMAPS crashes with the error logged in Windows Event Viewer:

Faulting application MEIMAPS.exe, version, time stamp 0x54e48d73, faulting module MEIMAPS.exe, version, time stamp 0x54e48d73, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x000089ac, process id 0x2d7c, application start time 0x01d0f27135b141a9.

  1. Try to reinstall MailEnable according to the article KB120830
  2. Contact MailEnable technical support in order to repair MailEnable IMAP service
  3. If steps above do not help, find the option copy-mail-content in the config.ini file and change it from full to messages so it would be as below:

    copy-mail-content: messages

Note: This option will allow to copy messages from inboxes only as it does not use IMAP protocol.
