Customer is not able to modify DNS zone records. Corresponding buttons are missing in Customer Control Panel (click on the image below to get an example)



Customer does not have permission to manage DNS Configuration.


  1. Login to Plesk Automation as Administrator.

  2. Go to System > Settings > Security > Seitch to Privileges tab > Switch to Customer privileges

  3. Press Edit button and set value to Manage for privilege DNS Configuration. (click on the image below to get an example)
