Cause

Some data related to this user is missing or incorrect.

Resolution

Failure could occur if the user in question has some missing or incorrect parameters. To check it, go to CCP of the correspondent subscription, switch to Users tab, find this user and verify the following:

  1. user does not have trailing spaces in its name and/or phone number. Example of incorrect phone number - 1111 2222. This phone number should be set as 11112222.
  2. user's last name is specified
