Symptoms

WAP resource usage is not updating even though APS resource update task executes successfully.

Cause

Server outbound request to update resource usage was not authorized properly. The following messages can be found in wap.log:-

Resolution

  1. Re-export and re-import the certificate of usage endpoint per http://download.pa.parallels.com/poa/WAP/pa_wap_integration_deployment_guide.pdf (pages 14-15)

  2. Update the credentials of Usage API Endpoint by following the instructions of KB article https://kb.odin.com/en/121420.
  3. Execute the periodic task #59 and make sure that it is successful.
  4. Check the resource usage in OA CCP.
