There are orders of different types that fail with an error message:
Transaction 'ID' does not exist
An incorrect error message is reported due to the bug with id #PBA-64325 ("Order fails with "Transaction 'ID' does not exist" instead of actual OA error").
On BA 6.0.4 one of the below ways are possible:
- Update to BA 6.0.5 where the bug is fixed (actaul error message is reported).
- Install hotfix 126021.
Fix the specific order:
a) Find out an actual error message - tail /usr/local/bm/log/scheduler.log > /tmp/somefile while resubmitting an order for provisioning.
b) Open the /tmp/somefile log and find an actual error
c) Fix an issue on OA side
d) Resubmit an order for provisioning
