Symptoms

File Manager can not be found under CP > System for a certain Virtuozzo Container subscription.

Cause

The System Administrator Control Panel application is not enabled in the subscription's hosting plan.

According to the OBAS Subscriber's Guide

Using System Administrator Control Panel an administrator can manage the separate system services including Apache, sendmail, majordomo, proFTPd, users and groups. Repair mode (file access to the broken system) is available via the System Administrator Control Panel. 

Resolution

  1. To enable System Administrator Control Panel go Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > The subscription's hosting plan, click Applications tab, scroll down and click the Edit button, enable System Administrator Control Panel application and press Save.
  2. Upgrade the subscription to the latest hosting plan version. To do this, go Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > The hosting plan in question , click Subscriptions tab, press Upgrade Suscriptions icon and follow the wizard.

NOTE

SACP is obsolete and replaced with Virtuozzo Power Panel. Power Panel is shown as Parallels Power Panel in OBAS interface up to 4.5.5 release. Starting from 4.5.6 the Panel is shown as Virtuozzo Power Panel.
