A Plesk domain subscription is based on a hosting plan that does not allow overusage. Disk space limit of the domain was exceeded and the domain was suspended on Plesk side. After that, overusage was enabled in the hosting plan under
Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > The hosting plan > Plesk overusage policy tab
However, the subscription cannot be upgraded to the latest hosting plan version as the error below emerges
Upgrade failure: value for the Disk space quota resource is out of range.
Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-30076 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.

At the moment there are only two ways to upgrade such subscriptions:
Increase disk space quota in the Hosting Plan under
Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > The hosting plan > Billable Resources tab
- Free some disk space of the Plesk domain in question.
