Symptoms

A customer tries to reset the password by clicking "Forgot your password?" link but he does not receive any authorization code via e-mail.

Cause

When a customer presses on "Forgot your password?" link, Event #61 "Password reminder requested" is launched and authorization code is sent out by a notification action.

Resolution

Please check customer settings as described in Customer does not receive e-mail notifications.
