Symptoms

A SiteBuilder node registered in OBAS had been removed and exists no more. Still, it presents in OBAS interface and cannot be removed due to active Sitebuilder sites and there are a lot of Try to synchronize Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder Node actions in progress in the Action Log.

Resolution

Not available (out-of-service) SiteBuilder node can be removed from OBAS by the following steps that should be repeated for each active Sitebuilder site linked to an active subscription:

  1. Log in to CP of the account of the subscription a Sitebuilder site is still linked to.
  2. Go to the Sitebuilder tab, press Delete and confirm your choice.
  3. OBAS will produce refund, if needed, and unlink the Sitebuilder site from its subscription. It can produce failed tasks like Clear orphan SiteBuilder sites in Subscription #1234 in the Tasks Queue, but that is normal since the node is offline.
  4. After all Sitebuilder sites are removed from their subscriptions, please contact Odin Technical Support to complete the process, for database manipulations are required to finish it.
