Symptoms

Attempt to update license key failed with the following error message:

Unable to retrieve the license key 'PLSK.01234567.0020': The key with id=PLSK025326180020 failed to update: Unable to connect to license server https://ka.odin.com:5224/xmlrpc. cURL error description: SSL connect error(35) 

Cause

The behavior was considered as internal software issue with id PPA-2403 that was fixed in PA 11.5 MU#11.

Resolution

In order to fix the issue please install update 11 as described in the article.
