Tab "Help & Support" is configured in "Customer CP Navigation" but not displaying in CCP for Provider's subscription.
The are 4 properties under "System > Settings > System Properties":
- Q&A page URL
- Documentation Downloads page URL
- Support Contacts page URL
- Trouble Ticketing System URL
They correspond to the 4 submenus within the "Help & Support" tab. If none of the properties is filled, then there is nothing to show in "Help & Support" and the tab itself is not shown.
Fill at least one of the properties and the tab will be shown. Kindly remember to clear browser cache
