Domains handled via the InterNetX domain registration plug-in fail to transfer with the following error in the Action log:
[2015/03/25 14:40:37] [DEBUG]  [HSPC::MT::Plugin::DM::InterNetX::process_callback] [DM] [InterNetX] Recieve message with unknown contact_id: 16194604
Domain to be be registered via the InterNetX domain registration plug-in stuck in "Registering" status, with all of its contacts in "Registering" also.
Such behaviour is caused by the software issue PBAS-29919 that was fixed in OBAS 4.5.5.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.5 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
As a workaround, please reprocess callback e-mails again. That should be done with the following steps:
Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > E-Mails Logs > Incoming E-Mails, find an e-mail received from InterNetX and copy its message body to a file on the OBAS server. Name the file, say, mail.txt. Note the e-mail subject.
Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > InterNetX > Plug-in Configurationand note the plug-in callback email address.
On OBAS server run the command:
mail -s "paste here the email subject" -r "AUTODNS MAILROBOT (ALL) <email@example.com>" paste here the callback e-mail address < mail.txt
- Make sure a new incoming e-mail message appeared under
Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > E-Mails Logs > Incoming E-Mailsis that it is processed successfully.
- Repeat points 1-4 for the all the e-mail messages that have to be reprocessed.
Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains, select the troubled domain and under Contacts info tab check the contacts status. It should be Registered for all of them.
After all domain contacts are registered successfully, the domain registration process will continue automatically.
