Symptoms

PPA saves incorrect value for PHP parameter error_reporting in domain php.ini file, like:

[root@server ~]# grep "error_reporting" /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/etc/php.ini
error_reporting = "E_ALL"

Cause

The behavior was considered as internal software issue with PPA-2373 and will be fixed in future PPA updates.

The fix is considered to be included in one of the next PPA updates.

Resolution

  1. Create backup of original file PhpSettings.php on PPA Management node:

    cp -p /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Row/PhpSettings.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Row/PhpSettings.php.orig
    
  2. Replace file original file with file from attachments:

    For CentOS 5:

    wget https://kb.odin.com/Attachments/kcs-49255/PhpSettings_centos5x64.php
    cp -p PhpSettings_centos5x64.php  /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Row/PhpSettings.php
    cp: overwrite `/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Row/PhpSettings.php'? y
    

    For CentOS 6:

    wget https://kb.odin.com/Attachments/kcs-49255/PhpSettings_centos6x64.php
    cp -p PhpSettings_centos6x64.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Row/PhpSettings.php
    cp: overwrite `/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Row/PhpSettings.php'? y
