After PBA-E update to version 6.0.1 when Subscription is canceled with "No Refund" option, the following error appears in the Providers Control Panel:

operation with NULL currency value Error Code: 0x54f6c126. Report ID: 2638


It is caused by internal issues: PBA-61945 and PBA-61963. The fix is considered in the next PBA-E update.


As a workaround, provider can cancel subscription with Refund option enabled, and issue a debit memo to the customer to correct balance.
