All of Plesk Clients on one of my Plesk nodes disappeared from Top > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Clients and appeared under Top > Migration Director > Conflicts Resolver > Plesk Clients > Absent on Plesk inspite of they still present in Plesk.


Some problems occurred on Plesk side or with networking, thus no resellers were returned by Plesk Agent on request from OBAS but customers were correctly sent back in response from Plesk. Thus, OBAS decided that all resellers were deleted from Plesk. But, taking into account the fact that those resellers were linked to OBAS subscriptions, OBAS just changed their status to "Absent on Plesk".

Further information can be taken from the OBAS log.

At first, OBAS asks for resellers list and receives no data:

Then OBAS asks for customers list and get them successfully:

Such OBAS behaviour was classified as the software issue PBAS-29857 and was fixed in OBAS 4.5.4 release.

To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.4 as described in How to upgrade PBA-S system to the latest available version.

As a workaround for earlier versions, please launch the periodic task "Plesk cache update" to re-read the Plesk data or just wait for the task to be re-run, its default timeout is 1 Day.
