Errors occure in the NG server apache error_log:

Apache restarted by user that is inside LVE (in chrooted environment)


Such errors mean that someone restarted apache before from inside of LVE. That happens when someone logs into the system as regular user (and pam_lve puts that user into LVE), and then either sudo or su to root (they are still inside LVE), and then restarts apache

so apache restart must be performed by user with UID <100 :

/etc/pam.d/sshd:session    required      100     0

Please log into webserver under root user directly, without using su/sudo and restart apache. If such error will occur again, please contact CloudLinux support, regardless on license installed, it is CloudLinux package:
