Symptoms

Provisioning for plan or period switch order fails with the error:

There is already a Renewal Order #XXX in Status Completed(CP). This order prohibits the 'Change Plan Period for Subscription' action. Please either cancel conflicting order or wait until it is processed; or contact Provider. 

Cancellation of such order is also failing with error:

Unable to cancel order: at least one order item is completed.

In Provisioning Items tab Subscription Recurring order items is completed, Change Plan Period for Subscription is failed.

Please contact Parallels Technical Support to cancel the order
