Some of the license classes/features are absent/disabled in the KA pricelist. On syncing KA plugin from Business Automation these features are not returned, therefore not configured and cannot be sold. How to reactivate these features/licenses?


Please contact your Sales Representative. Neither Parallels Support Team nor Account Manager has access to Key Administrator, Business Automation itself cannot manage the pricelist in KA.
