Symptoms

Service parameters are displayed in correct order in the properties of the Service template:

Home > Products > Service Plans > Service Templates > [template ID] > Service parameters.

Example:

Parameter 1
Parameter 2
Parameter 3

However for some Subscriptions the display order of items is wrong when the parameters are prompted for filling when subscription is provisioned manually:

Home > Operations > Provisioning > [Subscription ID]

Cause

The situation is caused by the software issue with ID PBA-13529.

Provisioning Parameters might have incorrect order on provisioning item details page after order placement. It depends on the Order in which the Service Parameters were created. So the butons "Move Up" and "Move Down" on the Service Parameters page:

Home > Products > Service Plans > Service Templates > [template ID] > Service parameters.

actually do not work as expected.
