Helm - End Of Life notification

All versions of Helm reached “End of Life” and “End of Support” status, as of December 31, 2014, meaning that we ceased further development and security fixes and are no longer be accepting technical support requests related to Helm.

Note: EOL is not related to licensing. All Helm licenses will continue to work and will not be terminated on our license servers.

We recommend that all customers using Helm consider migrating to Plesk 12 or Plesk Automation 11.5.

Top reasons for migrating:

• Improve security and protection against known malware exploits
• Offer more capabilities
• Move to updated, secure infrastructure
• Simplify administration and reduce cost
• Increase performance

For customers using Helm 3 with one to three active servers:

We recommend migrating to Plesk 12.5, since you may not need the additional multi-server management features of Plesk Automation.

Migration instructions and links to the relevant tools are available here.

For customers using Helm 4, or Helm 3 with multiple servers:

Migration from Helm 4 to Plesk is not supported according to Migration Guide, Plesk 12.5.

However you can migrate from Helm 3 or Helm 4 to Plesk Automation. Please find more information below:
